Finn hung out with his buddy Gibbeny on Saturday and all I have to say is, thank goodness we don't have twins! They had a good time hanging out, sharing toys and eating some delicious blended foods. If they don't look like trouble, I don't know what does.
Motherhood is a long road. Lucky for me, I have two little darlings and one handsome man on the journey with me.

Four Heavens Sake
Finn has reached the four month mark! He's 26.5 inches and 13.8 pounds and growing. He's increased his repertoire of ticks and can now roll over from his back to his stomach and stomach to back, grab toys (and anything else he can get his hands on including hair), and he's discovered his feet and loves to suck on his toes. We can't believe it's been four whole months since he was born. Time flies when your having fun, but when do babies start sleeping through the night.

Rollin' Like a River
On the eve of his four-month birthday Finn surprised us by rolling over. And like all good parents we missed it! One minute he was hanging out on his back and the next minute he had rolled over onto his stomach. Thankfully he decided to repeat his new trick for our viewing pleasure. Unfortunately we weren't ready with the video camera.

Rice Cereal, Sleep Routine and Other Obsessions
I'm not sure if it's sleep deprivation or the fact that I am now responsible for another human being, but I've become nearly obsessed with what Finn's eating. Should he have rice cereal? Should I put some in his bottle? Should it be mixed with water? What if I accidentally used tap water once? How is the cereal going to affect his sleep routine? These are just a few of the questions running through my mind constantly. The Internet is great, but there are so many conflicting bits of advice. One site may say that rice cereal at 4 months is fine and another threatens that feeding rice cereal at this age could attribute to serious consequences like your child appearing on Jerry Springer later in life. It's enough to make a new mom a little crazy!

Three Months and Charm
We're a little late in posting Finn's three month update as he is nearly four months old now. At three months Finn was holding up his hear really well. He's still smiling and he's noticed his hands and is starting to grab and bat at toys we put in front of him. He's almost 14 pounds and 24 inches. He's growing like crazy and is still as cute as ever!
